These terms cover Rivergarden Trading Company's fulfillment services. A full written service agreement governs any account we take on; this page summarizes what we can and cannot accept, and the basis on which we work.

Prohibited & restricted goods

To protect every seller whose inventory we hold, we do not receive, store, or ship:

• Counterfeit, replica, or trademark- or copyright-infringing goods.
• Stolen goods, or goods you do not have the legal right to sell.
• Hazardous materials — including lithium batteries and anything containing them, aerosols, flammables, perfumes, nail polish, vaping products, and cleaning chemicals — unless agreed in writing in advance.
• Weapons, ammunition, and regulated firearm parts.
• Alcohol, tobacco, and controlled or prescription substances.
• Recalled, unsafe, or otherwise illegal or regulated products.

If your products are oversized, fragile, hazardous, regulated, or need custom handling, contact us before shipping inventory so we can confirm we're set up to handle them. We may refuse, quarantine, or dispose of anything that arrives against this policy, at your cost.

How we work

• You represent that you own the goods and that they do not infringe anyone's rights.
• Pricing is as published on our rate card; a $50 monthly minimum and a refundable deposit apply.
• Returns handling applies to orders we fulfilled.
• Onboarding includes identity and business verification.
• Our liability for lost or damaged inventory is limited as set out in the service agreement; keep your own insurance for high-value goods.
